Nine Vita - Terms & Conditions

1. Gift vouchers are redeemable once up to the stated value against the price, in whole or in part, of any goods and/or services offered by House of Nine srl.

2. The gift voucher must be submitted by the gift voucher holder prior to receipt of the relevant House of None goods

and/or services as confirmation of payment.

3. Cash or credits card payment may be used in addiction to gift voucher for any purchase of good and/or services at no extra charge. Where the cost of goods and/or services is less than the value of House of Nine gift voucher being used to pay for such goods and/or services, the differences shall be forfeited.

4. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (except otherwise stated on the other page). Once the expiry date has been reached, a Gift Voucher cannot be extended or renew.

5. Services available by reservation and subject to availability. Not valid during holidays or special events

6. Gift vouchers cannot be refounded, in whole or in part, and are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Gift vouchers have no cash value.

7. Gift voucher cannot be replaced by House of Nine if lost, destroyed, defaced, damaged, stolen and expired.

8. A gift Voucher is issued by and is the property of House of Nine S.r.l.
